Startup công nghệ y tế về lĩnh vực phân phối dược phẩm trực tuyến BuyMed - đơn vị sở hữu trang thương mại điện tử thuocsi.vn - vừa gọi vốn thành công 2,5 triệu USD vòng series A, được dẫn dắt bởi Sequoia Capital India cùng Genesia Ventures và Cocoon Capital. Trong đó, Sequoia rót vốn vào BuyMed thông qua chương trình đầu tư tăng tốc Surge dành cho các startup tại Ấn Độ và Đông Nam Á. Còn Cocoon Capital đã từng cùng với VietCapital Ventures dẫn đầu số vốn 500.000 USD vòng hạt giống vào BuyMed hồi tháng 9 năm ngoái. Được thành lập năm 2018, BuyMed đặt mục tiêu đơn giản hóa ngành phân phối dược phẩm ở Việt Nam và Đông Nam Á, thị trường được ước tính đạt 8 tỉ USD trong năm nay.
